Inspiration for Miss Hen came from a chicken I used to keep called Poppy.

Hand drawn/illustrated and printed in the UK. Our art prints use giclee printing on the finest archival papers, using the latest quality archival inks.

Unframed art prints are sent ready for you to frame yourself. – Sizes available are standard frame sizes. Framed prints come in frame, mount with glass and ready to hang. Canvas prints are stretched around a wooden frame, finished with a gloss protective layer and ready to hang immediately

What are unframed art prints?
The highest-quality giclee printing on the finest archival papers, using the latest Epson professional Ultrachrome inks. Perfect for photographic, illustration, or painting reproductions that require maximum detail and longevity.

Compared to most high street printers, who print at 360 dpi with 2 passes (no. of times a print head passes over an area), our giclee printing is set to 1440 dpi, with 8 passes, using an Epson HDR 10-colour pigment ink system profiled for accurate colour reproduction.

Using our state-of-the-art print software, prints are sharp, detailed, and vibrant.

3-level black ink technology means better grey balance, impressive mid-tones, and above all – they look amazing!

Framing guidance
Consider the frame that you will use, and whether you will use a mount. The art print is borderless, so choose a size that roughly matches the size of your mount. Print sizes are standard frame sizes and include A3 and A4 – If the size you want isn’t listed – get in touch, we can print to any size.

Stretched canvas
Each canvas frame is a 38mm thick. We use fingerjointed canvas frames which create corner tension helping resist warping. For larger sizes, we add wooden ‘wedges’ to each corner; ensuring the canvas surface remains taut. Each canvas print is finished with a protective gloss coat to maximise the colour.

Postage and Packing
Each luxury print is printed, cut, wrapped in a protective plastic envelope and cardboard packaging. Each of our prints are sent by Royal Mail parcel force and normally arrives the next day after it has been dispatched. Postage costs for Unframed art prints are £3.50 each, for Stretched canvas £6.00
